Hi, Ok I have tried now to use Explorer 5.2 and Safari Brower which is Netscape on my ibook G4. Still no luck attaching photos to my auction listing since this morning. I have tried your work arounds that you show and they do not work. Do you have any idea when and more importantly, if this will get fixed?!

Hello,
Engineering will continue to work on this issue for you to correct any issues.
For now, and I just verified this with a Mac OS9 user, the Mozilla browser works great as an alternate.
Additionally, Mozilla is one of the most Mac friendly browser applications out there. (I use it for my PC as well, great program, and fast.)

I just tried to download mozilla. I guess it doesn't like Panther because it crashed my mac! Thank Goodness I was able to delete it successfully! Besides I shouldn't have to download another Browser to keep Vendio. I have used you for years. Vendio changed on me. I hate to not be able to use Vendio anymore but if you can't get the bugs out then I will have to change services and give my money to another company.
Thanks and I do hope you figure out the bugs. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem!!!!

We are working on the issues - we just released the product a few hours ago, so there are some kinks to be worked out but we expect to have them straightened out shortly.

I think I just responded to your email about the delete button. To the best of my knowledge, the delete button issue was fixed (please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this. )
Would you mind trying to attach your images again? We have fixed the problem for the majority of users who were having trouble attaching, but I'm not sure jf there's still an issue with your specific browser/OS combination.

Hi Diana, Thanks for getting back to me on the delete button.
I just tried with Both IE 5.2 and Safari which uses Netscape on my Mac IBook G4 to attach my pics to my auction and nothing happened. I can pick my photos on the listing page and they show up in "Preview Images" but then when I click "Attach" or eben the "Gallery" Button, nothing happens. The page just sits there. It is dead in the water. I have tried your work arounds and not one thing happened. Any ideas??

Hey Diana,
Do you have the Mozilla browser? Christopher linked to it above, you may want to give that a try in the meantime while we work out these issues.

Hi Diana, No I downloaded Mozilla and it crashed my mac! Thank Goodness I was able to Un-install it!!
Take a look at Skizzi99's post. He is also having problems and he is also using a Mac. You have a Mac problem going on!!! Doesn't Vendio like Macs any longer???!!! Please get your people to fix this!

No way I'm going to put in Mozilla. I'm with MMtaylor... I should NOT have to install another browser to get Vendio to do what is supposed to do.
Now back to the Hagen Daz and maybe even some Oprah. Yes, that's what a BAD day this has been!

ha! I've got none to share.... it's GONE and I'm headed out to 7/11 as we speak for more! I suggest you do the same.
I was really trying to catch up today so I am really down in the dumps. If only I had known, I would have launched what I could last night.

Well here's something new! Maybe there will be some sort of clue here for your tech guys. I was just able to attach a photo for the Gallery. However I still cannot attach any photos from the "Preview Images" middle section. The "Attach" button is still dead in the water.

This may not make you feel better but our engineering team is pulling an all-nighter and hope to fix the Mac issues soon. We're trying our best; it doesn't matter what OS you use

Well everyone, I have to sign off now for the night and won't be able to try again until tomorrow night. In the meantime Vendio folks, PLEASE Please don't forget about this!! Our Macs used to work here and we still want to use Vendio. Please fix it so we can and don't forget about us!!
