I have had no pictures in my Marquee for the past 2 days. This function has been working fine for months, but now the Maraquee is empty (just has those star thingys.) This includes auctions which were already listed and had pics in the Marquee at one time, and new listings too. This seems to coincide the new image program. An empty Marquee at the bottom of each listing sure looks silly and is not helping me sell anything. Any suggestions? Thanx

E-mailed customer service and posted this problem on several boards. Other than Vendio telling me to clear my cache (BTDT) have received no replies or help. Anyone out there?

Hello Coincoach,
I checked your listings as well and the gallery was working for me. Something that might help is to update your Flash version. You can test Flash on this page to see how well your current version is functioning:
Note that you may be prompted to shockwave when you access this page. You do not need to do this - simply click "No" at the prompt. If you are prompted to update Flash, please go ahead and do this. Let us know if upgrading Flash helps resolve the problem you are having viewing your Gallery.

Thanks estatesalestuff and Sonya. Appreciate your checking out my gallery. I still can't see any pics in my Marquee, so will have to check out my puter. Just happy that you guys can see the pics. Yipee!

Hi Sonya, I did as you suggested and upgraded Flash. It didn't help. I re-booted as they suggested, but it didn't help. Actually, on my last look at the marquee, a few of the boxes have very faint images?? The rest have just the stars. I don't know what else to do. Any other suggestions you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Your gallery has sub categories -- please try to choose one from the list. This will load less items in your gallery. Let me know if the problem persists after you try this.

Hi Sonya, Thanks for the suggestion. I hate to sound stupid, but I cannot find this gallery subcategory list. Can you direct me?

I don't think Sonya's suggestion will help since you have to wait for the gallery to load before you can access it. Anyway, it is at the top of the gallery and says something like "Catagory: All Catagories select catagory" with a drop down arrow.

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the info. It would be difficult, since my pics are not loading, at least on my computer. I'll keep plugging away to see if I can find a solution.
