In light of the new Image Hosting Fees, I would like to pass a suggestion on to development to see if there is a way to set a specific date for an item to be permanently deleted. An option to delete after x number of days in order to reduce the amount of space being used instead of the default time as static.
I have very rarely pulled something out of there and hate to have those pics eating up my storage numbers.
The best solution would be to have an option at the time of picture deletion that would allow us to choose whether or not to have the pic put into the recycle bin at all. I would keep the pics from sales until the item is received and then go in and permanently delete.
Saves me storage capacity and fees and would also free up server space for you. Win, win situation!
