After Ebay store items close, I have the personal option of relisting them to my Ebay store or putting them in my Vendio Store.

So, I go to Post Sale, Unsold, click to "relist". Then I click on edit. I make changes and then mark "save one to inventory"

Although I click on the "save to inventory" during the edit process, I always get an error message that says I have invalid data but I can't figure out what the invalid data is.

Am I missing something?

Hi Beth,

When you get that message about invalid data, you should be able to scroll through the edit screen and locate anything highlighted in red -- that would tell you what the error is. The most common place that I have seen that error is on the eBay Payment and Details section. If you have an auction in closed that gave you this error, let me know the item number -- I can try to replicate the error and let you know what the invalid data message pertains to.

Regards,

Sonya
