This has happened several times lately: An item does not show up in closed items for days!
This eBay item closed Aug 29th and just showed up a few minutes ago: 5517342860
I would have asked this question/presented this problem thru the "Contact Us" page but NOBODY EVER EMAILS ME BACK for the last 5 attempts on various matters.

This is another item I've never gotten a "Contact Us" reply on also:
I just posted a half-dozen new auctions and eBay Store items thru the "Create New Listing" area of Sales Manager and entered a quantity for sale in my Vendio Store and inventory.
None of them showed up in the Store or inventory.
Whassup?

I see that a reply in another thread is this:
"You can force a refresh of your active list by selecting all auctions on any page and clicking the Refresh button"
This can be a torturous process since many pages with "select all" at the bottom and "refresh" is at the top!
Sheesh.... can't the buttons be located conveniently at the top/bottom too?
It's bad enough that we have to update our own listings without Vendio making the job a royal pain.
What happened to the old "Import/Track" where we could put in an item number?

Hello,
Your emails to us were actually flagged as undeliverable because they contain 'postmaster' in the email address. When using the Contact Us form, please enter in an email address in the email address section instead of leaving it as [email protected].
Regarding the missing items, we are continuing to work with eBay on this, however it is based on the eBay notifications that get sent when an item ends. If for some reason eBay has trouble with that system, it may cause delays on our side with items moving to closed and WBNs being sent.
I addressed your other topic in the other thread you started so please check that thread for my response on inventory.
I understand your frustration with the buttons not all being next to each other -- I can log a suggestion for that to be changed if you wish. Import/Track is still available, it is a sub menu of Sales Manager now.
