I was trying to add a new "Policies" section on my auctions and have several listings that are in my pending file that I haven't completed yet. I wanted to check how the text looks in my auctions and it seems to be only appearing on one of the items and not four of the others that I checked. Why would that be? It will show up on the Talking Pet Monster, but not on any of the others. Please check this out and let me know what might be wrong.

Hello,

You have 24 pending auctions right now -- I checked a couple and was able to see the "Policies" section on them. What are the names of the items where it is not showing? Keep in mind if you are using one of the original templates that isn't fully customizable, the custom listing text boxes will not appear on those templates.

Sonya

Hi, Sonya:

Thanks! That was the problem. Now one more question. I'm going to have to slowly switch over to the new templates, so how do I delete the old templates?

Hello,

In the Template Preferences section you should be able to choose your template from the available list. There is a Delete button to your right under the template preview -- click on that to delete that template from the list.

I hope this helps!

Sonya

Sorry, I'm not finding it. I'm going into the Template Workshop, and I see the Preview button in the lower left corner, but there's nothing under it, and the only things to the right of it are the Save As and Close buttons. Please explain further.

Hello,

Actually, don't click on the Template Workshop. It is right on that custom template page -- the Saved Templates box is above the button for the workshop, and if you look to the right you sould see the 'delete' button.

Here is the actual URL of the page you can find this on:
