I don't use Customer Manager, but I have the [email protected] email address which is forwarded to Outlook. My emails for the past month have been 3-4 days behind (I'm getting questions for seller emails for auctions that have ended).
I have other email addresses including involving other ebay IDs and none of those are behind - only this one (so it's not an ebay problem). I'm pretty sure it has to be coming from Vendio. I called Road Runner and they said it may be the firewall you use or something like that.
If it's something that can't be fixed, can I change my email address and still have the post sale triggered on time? The reason I changed email addresses years ago was because Vendio said that if the email comes directly to them first then they would trigger the WBN to go out faster.

Hi there,
We are now using eBay Notifications to register the closure of a Buy It Now or Fixed-Price item. We have also implemented PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) which will register your PayPal payments. We will be phasing out Mailstep shortly, and if you would like to change your eBay email address or eliminate the Mailstep address at PayPal, please do the following:
1. At eBay, simply update the email address. Then go to your Vendio preferences under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts and update your eBay ID entry (this will require a login at eBay.)
2. For PayPal IPN, please refer to this URL for more information and setup directions:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
