On a bunch of items I've edited and relaunched:
Internal Database Failure. The internal auction data for the Vendio ID 01awch00000000000711231630XX was missing one of the following fields: @_title
I go in and the category is missing, it's put back Vendio checkout (which I do not use), removed my place of residence and zip code, and removed my standard text.
What is going on?

Hello,
Do you mind if we try to resubmit these items, to try and determine the error?

please do - I don't have time to go in an edit each one individually.
All the info missing is standard stuff that is already in my account normally, very weird.

Error 5112: Attribute Set Id does not match category.
Attribute Set Id "1275" does not match category you have entered. No VCS for primary category. No VCS for secondary category. Attribute System Version 2698.
Note: this error may be related to the Item Specifics content you entered. Please review content in 'other' fields in the Item Specifics section for validity and number of characters.
What is this? I closed the auction and changed it, and it's errored out with this message.
That and the database message\

Hi Touchofeurope.
As you know eBay constantly changes categories and attributes on their site. It looks like their recent change has impacted your current inventory.
You will likely need to edit the items to update the 'Item Specific' data you have set.
We're still looking for causes for the database errors...

I HAVE updated the categories and I am STILL getting that message.
Don't you even look at the ones that failed to see that? The categories are VALID!!!!
It's getting as difficult to get an answer out of Vendio than it is to get an answer out of eBay.
I have 4 accounts with you guys, and it's getting so frustrating, seriously, it has to change and improve or these accounts are out of here as soon as I can call marketworks.
I want those auctions relaunched, and I do not have time to fix the problems caused by some mess up in the system, none of which is MY fault.
Please launch them asap so I don't lose yet more money by problems on Vendio's side. I cannot afford this.

Hi again. An update,
On first glance the database error seems to arise from very old items that you are now attempting to launch from pending. But we have only looked at some isolated cases.
Do you have an example of an item you KNOW was recently created that is now not working?

nope - but I want to relaunch these - and it's not working.
I've gone into the ones where the category is messed up - changed it and changed back to the right one (which it was in the first place) and it's still giving me error messages.
This is incredibly frustrating.
I want to launch these, I don't care how old they are.

I guess the total lack of reply in the past 5 hours means I am on my own - over 50 auctions failed.
I have tried everything, and don't know what else to do.
I guess I'll have to investigate better ways to launch my auctions when I need help.
Thanks for nothing.

Dear Mimi,
We are looking into this issue. Unfortunately, it is not something that can be fixed in an hour or two as it will require some engineering. I am sorry for your frustration. You might want to try copying the listings that you are having trouble launching, as sometimes launching a copy will work when the initial item fails.
It is always helpful for us to have as many details as possible when we are trying to troubleshoot an issue. If you have any further details, please let us know.
Thanks,
Diana

Hello,
I am sorry to hear you are still having problems. I am not sure what is causing the database error that you are receiving but engineering is working on it.
The majority of your listings errored out due to error 5112. You indicated before that these were old items you were trying to launch -- please try launching those that errored with 5112 by copying the item and launching the copy. You can copy by opening the item in pending, clicking the blue Copy button, and then launching the copy. This will work, in your situation.
Regarding the browser error, see if you can do a smaller group of relists. If the error continues please let us know.
Regards,
Sonya

Hello again.
It turns out that this problem is isolated to your account. Specifically how you create and edit items. Officially we don't support concurrent access to a single account from multiple browsers. And in these cases, it appears that you have a race condition going on between multiple edits and creates occuring at the same time.
We are going to work to improve the interlocks in this case so that the symptom is a bit more overt. But in the mean time, you must avoid having multiple folks doing create/edit/relist at the same time in the same account.

I DO NOT HAVE CONCURRENT ACCESS FROM MULTIPLE BROWSERS!!!! I AM USING 2 or 3 WINDOWS BECAUSE VENDIO's SYSTEM IS SO SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

I AM THE ONLY ONE DOING ANYTHING HERE - NOBODY ELSE TOUCHES THIS PROGRAM BUT ME!!!!!
How amazingly stupid - the only thing I did was open more than one window to try and do more than 1 at the same time because I've timed it and it takes me over 3 minutes to do 1 RELIST!!!!!
This is so not worth my time anymore.
THanks for nothing.

I am not even able to do the only thing you suggested - there is NO option to copy an auction that is shown with an error.
I guess I have to go through more steps - this is NOT worth it anymore.

Mimi - you will find the "copy" button at the top of the screen on the righthand side in your pending listing. Just click into the listing and click the "copy" button, and after you do this you will be in the copy so you can edit it.
If you are editing multiple items from different windows, please allow time for the edit to take place before executing another action in a different window (as obviously this can cause unexpected behavior.)
Thanks,
Diana

I already tried that this week-end and the auction does not launch. I get an error message saying it cannot be launched. I simply cannot launch them, end of story I guess.

Mimi - after engineering looked into the errors you're getting, we discovered the following:
1. The items with 5112 errors need to be edited to reselect the category and update item specifics. This is caused by a change eBay made to their categories and/or site specifics associated with the categories. eBay does this frequently, so you may experience these errors again.
2. Some items errored because they were missing some data (these were the ones that errored because two browser windows were used simultaneously.) It appears that only the copy of the items failed to launch. As far as I know, the original relists did launch:
#3752022164: AO small German monogram stencil for linens
#3752025447: AO medium German monogram stencil for linens
#3752027078: AN large German monogram stencil for linens
#3752028463: AN medium German monogram stencil for linens
So you should be able to delete the errored copies safely (if you find this not to be the case, please let us know. )
Thank you for your patience during our investigation of these problems.

Diana - I've responded to this before. I DID re-do the ones with the different categories. I changed everything right and then I STILL can't relist them.
Please read the thread above before saying things like this, since apparently I keep having to repeat what problems this is causing.
I DID REWORD AND CHANGE CATEGORIES - IT IS STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!!!
