Ok..I have the pay as I go plan. Right now I have about 2.75 MB. My account says that I have an image hosting credit of -$1.57. Vendio says..
"When your credit (-$1.57) equals your Image Hosting monthly minimum ($2.95), that means you'll pay nothing extra for Image Hosting." SO...exactly what do I do to pay no picture fees??? Sell more..with more pictures?..or sell less..with less photos?
Vendio also says...
"When your monthly minimum Image Hosting fee is prorated, such as your very first bill with Image Hosting pricing, as long as your credit equals the prorated Image Hosting charge, you'll pay nothing extra for Image Hosting."
Now, I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree, but THAT statement is MORE than a bit confusing!!! Why don't you just charge a fee for each photo we store and forget all the othere stuff???!!! Prorated???? Geez!
I'm guessing that my monthly fee will be $2.95 if I keep my picture storage under 3MB...right????

I don't understand it either, my bills are usually about $40 to $50. So I am guessing that after you add my sales manager plan and watermarking I will be at $50 and the "pro-rated amount" will disappear.
As an aside, this image thing has been nothing but a pain to me.

Hi annekila,
You will notice in your online statement a new line item for "Image Hosting Plan: 3 MB (pro-rated 16 days)". This is the prorated amount the note refers to. Since your prorated fee ($1.57) equals your credit ($1.57), you will not be charged extra for Image Hosting. Subsequent statements will not be complicated by prorating and will make more sense.
Speaking frankly, I understand your desire for simplicity; I wish our system could be simpler as well. But I hope you and others understand the cost of simplicity. We have gone out of our way to create a system that still provides free image hosting with Sales Manager while keeping rampant image storage in check. It would have been simpler to just add Image Hosting fees to Sales Manager fees as some competitors do. So, yes, it takes a bit more effort to understand, but the benefit for you is free image hosting.

I have only been off line for a month and everything has changed, havent got a clue how to change my payment plan to the 4.95 monthly fee,its now 9.95 even though I have deleted almost all my images.also dont know how to refresh the images when they are about to expire.cant believe after all my years with your company I am now unable to use it,any help would be appreciated.
To manage your payment plans, go to My Account -> My Service Plans - you will be able to adjust your image hosting plan in this area (as well as your plans for other services.)
To refresh your images, just click the checkbox next to them, then the "Renew" button at the top of the list. You can now set your images to renew indefinitely, but remember that if you do this you will need to remember to delete them when you are finished with them.
