and now I have questions! I thought I had this straight but now I don't understand!! Is the image hosting service charged on the calendar month end instead of the billing cycle?
My billing cycle date is the 10th of the month and that is the date that I am charged $29.95 for my sales manager plan. All other charges on my statement are FVF's ($53.00 as of 9/30) sooooooooo now there is the 10 day pro-rated charge of $16.95 for image hosting on my bill...will this appear as a credit on the 10th when you charge me $29.95 for my sales manager plan or what? Will it be this way every month - charged for image hosting on last day of the month and then credited for that amount on the 10th?? TIA

Hi neglus,
The prorated amount you see now will not appear on future statements, and your Sales Manager fees will offset the image hosting fee at the end of your billing cycle, so you'll see a credit at the end of your billing cycle. I know it's a little confusing now, but I think it'll make more sense at the end of this billing cycle.
