Over the past several months I have had a total lack of correspondence response from buyers of items in my vendio store - many times i have asked for a credit because they just don't seem to follow through.
Please advise what I am doing wrong???????
why is there no confirmation from these people?

Hi there,
You might want to check the contact info you have listed in your Store - this area is accessible through the Store Wizard (under Properties on your Store page.) This information can be different from what is entered in personal preferences.
