My vendio id and ebay id is different. I see that for post sales, some of the prefabricated emails are generated by my vendio id instead of ebay id. That also goes to my email address.
I would like to separate these from vendio and ebay where when ebay auction ends, I want everything goes out in association of my ebay id and email address on ebay. How can I set up for this?
Also, what is mailstep.com? I get a copy of WPN. I see where from line, it contains my vendio id @ mailstep.com. How can I set up my ebay email address with vendio's post sale? (So that my email server can send and receive any communication, by setting up my smtp email server on vendio).
Do I have to change my personal information? If so, would I have to change my vendio id to ebay id?

In addition, the reason I want one single information contain on every transaction on ebay is for customers to remember me by one single id and one single email address. Many users are confused because before winning the bid, some asks me question, I send my answer from my ebay email address. Then, same user win the auction, but receives WPN from totally different email (something from vendio).
I have setup my ebay specific obviously to my ebay id and ebay address, but it seems that vendio uses my vendio personal information to send out any emails plus what is mailstep.com???
