Hello,

All of these are in your Vendio Gallery.

From what item are you viewing your gallery and counting them? On your gallery, there is a Category list. If you are viewing from a sub category, the gallery isn't going to display everything -- only items that fall within that category. If that is the case, please click on All Categories and you will see that all items are in there.

If you go to Vendio and click the Gallery link to your left, you can edit colors for your gallery.

Regards,

Sonya

Oops! It has healed itself, all's well now.

Sonya (if you're still there?)-- my marquee gallery in my Roadsmith account is working fine; my marquee gallery in my SuzyQ37 account is stuck on one (old) picture from a closed auction.

The first few hours of launching are so important, because that's when many collectors look out their favorites just launched. If they don't see more of my collectibles at that time in the marquee gallery, I doubt they'll be back to look again. I know that you folks know this; just repeating it so you'll understand that I know it too and am anxious to get this fixed. Thanks!

Hello,

What is the item number of the closed auction? If it's still there we should be able to remove it for you.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi, Sonya! It healed itself about a half-hour after I posted my message here. I put a line to that effect in my original message, but you probably didn't see it. Thanks for your help!
