Had a fixed price listing close for two different customers 4322712062. In both cases, WBN went out after payment was received. Once payment is posted, why does the WBN go out? Even if they do not go through checkout, but payment comes directly through Paypal shouldn't WBN not go if all information is received?
Also - 6118703432 and 711688791 both said that they could not link through Vendio to Paypal after completing checkout.
1. Did the paypal payments post in these cases? As long as the item is marked as paid, the WBN shouldn't be sent. From your My Account page, click on thePost Sale Acceleration link and check to see if the following option is enabled : "Automatically complete checkout process."
2. Try clicking on the 'Go To Buyer Checkout' link in the post sale keys for these items and check to see if the link to PayPal takes them to the PayPal page at this time.

No, complete checkout wasn't checked. So I checked it, but in both cases the payments were posted and all information was included.
I only seem to have this problem with fixed price listings that have multiple sales.
Even without the complete checkout button checked off, my other auction sales that were completed didn't send out the WBN.
As to the two customers with Paypal problems, I can access Paypal today. Perhaps there was just a glitch on Paypal's end yesterday.
Thanks for your time. I will keep an eye on the fixed price multiples. If it happens again now that complete checkout has been checked I will let you know.

Happened again this morning. Fixed price multiple listing. Customer paid through Paypal sent her a "item will ship today" note and than a WBN goes out.

Hi Gerri,
You have the eBay Checkout Redirect option turned on. If a customer does not pay you through the Pay Now button on the auction (thus redirecting them to your Vendio checkout), the Vendio WBN will go out to them half an hour after the auction ends. If you have customers going directly through PayPal, you will need to mark off step 1 when you notice they have paid you so the WBN doesn't go out.
