This is really frustrating. Why can't Vendio's post sales email uses my ebay id instead of Vendio id (or at least use my first name). Isn't this something really basic that I should not even have to complain about/!?!?!?
Come on. Let's have a common sense here. People can change their ebay id for any reason. They want Vendio to carry that over when people update their information in my account > ebay specific.
I hate to try modifying every single email templates. What If I start selling on Yahoo or others, but my id is different. Then what now? %%My Name%% what is this refer to??? my vendio user name or my real name ??

It usually works. However, I am still experiencing my Vendio Id is used instead of my ebay id on some of emails used in post sales. (sometimes, when i try to send payment receipt notification, I see that it used my vendio id.) What is going on? Isn't it just simply code that directs %%My Name%% function to ebay id??? Why is it keep changing?
