How can I get a WBN and all relating post sales email copy to my email address? That way I know all correspondent emails were sent out properly. Also, is there any delay of this automation system?
From the My Account page, click on the Post Sale Management link found within.
This is where you can elect to receive a copy of your outgoing WBN. Currently the WBN is the only message setup to send a carbon copy to your email address.
There is one scenario where a delay should happen, that being the use of the eBay checkout redirect system. If the buyer doesnt checkout via eBay when this is enabled, then the automatic WBN will be sent.
