Majority of my customers are in US. However, I do get quiet a few international customers that I do not mind having. I offer flat rate for domestic plus discounted flat rate for additional items. For international, customers are in different countries where the postal charge for those will be different. Therefore, I want to be able to quote them and be able to edit my invoice later.
What will be the best way to setup my shipping prefernce? At this time, it is only set to domestic. I see that when international customers try to check out, there are no option but to select my domestic rate which causes confusion.
Ebay check out system is easier to be set and makes easier for me to edit total invoice. Anything like that in Vendio's post sales?
Last question is for additional items shipping discounts. I like to set it up as flat rate per each additional items. How can I set this up?
You can always offer another shipping option for International Only -- that way if you get international customers, they can select it during checkout.
Editing your invoice is easy -- go to the fulfillment checklist (you can access this by clicking the set of PSM keys) and deselect step 1. Click on the Edit icon for step 1, where you will be able to edit anything about your WBN, and have the option to resend to the customer.
You can set up shipping discounts in My Account > Global PReferences. You can set them up as a dollar value or a percentage value.

I cannot setup definite international shipping rate in shipping preference because it is totally different to asia or europe. That also goes to shipping discount. It may work for 2 items, but when it goes to 3 or more items, it does not follow my flat rate per each additional items.
Global preference is really not convenient. I just want to set up as for example,
$4.99 flat rate for first item
$2.00 for each additional items.
For international, email me for a quote, and I will be able to specify later on the invoice.
However, Vendio's system is if I do not specify at the beginning, it will not let me edit it. Even I tried to edit and save, it will not be applied and won't saved.
I don't know about vendio's check out system. It really is not that easy to edit and global preference is just not suitable for everyone. There gotta be a way to ease up transaction.

OK, I finally got the editing part resolved. I still like to suggest for shipping discount issue. Can Vendio add one more option as Flat rate charge per each additional items? Thanks
