On the my plan I am charged 20c for each listing. Question is - each time I re-list am I charged another 20C

Hello,

The listing fee of 20 cents applies regardless if it is a new listing or a relist. eBay charges you in addition to this but if your item sells and it meets eBay's relist credit criteria, you'll get credited by eBay for your eBay insertion fee.
