If a person registers for Vendio with the sole intention of using the community boards is there a charge to them?

OK - I asked if there was a charge and your answer was a cheerful Yes! but the rest of your answer implies that there is not. I guess clarification is needed.
Are new members able to sign up community use only without paying a fee?

Hello fenix03,
I apologize for the confusion. You do not need to sign up for a payment plan of any kind to use the Community message boards. All you need to do is sign up and enter a valid credit card number.
