This new pricing has just given me reason to drop my service with vendio. $50 a month was high. We went up to $78. Absurd. The fees were supposed to be included in the cost of hosting, and they clearly weren't this go round. I've read it's because the hosting is "prepaid" for the upcoming month.

Since vendio is not giving refunds for this "prepaid" hosting, I would like to know on what date I will need to cancel my account so that I am not charged again for this fee. I intend to have all of my pictures removed and will not be using the service, but need a specific date to have this completed by. We get billed on the 8th of the month.

Hello seashell103,

I wanted to stress that the image hosting fee will be offset by your Sales Manager fees in the next billing cycle. It is only as high as it is this month because it's the first billing cycle with the prepaid account (image hosting) reflected on it. At the end of next billing cycle you will see the Sales Manager fee credit applied toward your image hosting fee. I hope this makes sense.
