I changed my ID on ebay and so now I need to change my sign in info at Vendio so that I can list stuff from Vendio to ebay. I tried clicking on the My Account and then on the Auction Site Accounts to update my login info. From there I clicked on edit and then it said, "To add your eBay account, eBay requests authorization to transmit information that will help us making your selling life easier. To authorize us to work on your behalf, simply click below to sign in to eBay." I don't want to add an account, it is already set up with Vendio but I just need to change my ID but it made me go through all this again and so then it made me sign in to ebay but after I click the sign in it makes me wait and wait and wait and then takes be back to the sign in and so now I don't know what to do to update this. Help.
If you are running any popup blockers on your system, disable them and try it again. Sometimes the option to store your eBay ID can fail as the result of eBay trying to send you a popup message upon signin.
Try logging into your eBay account directly without a popup blocker in place to check if there are any messages being sent.
If so, you will need to clear the issue causing them to send this popup so you can store your new ID in your Vendio account.
Note also that you should have 30 days where you can still use your old ID, so you should still be able to list with your old ID stored in Vendio - unless of course you changed your password also.
