Why does the vendio checkout let the buyer selected the tax rate when I have already specify the set rate for a state? I have it set for 7.75 for CA but it shows up for everyone no matter what state they are from. Then the buyer start blaming us for charging tax outside CA. Also you have CA resident that don't want to pay taxes so they set the tax rate to 0.0%. The vendio checkout for tax sucks!!! Please take out the ability for buyers to set their own tax rate!

Regarding the issues you are having -- buyers are supposed to enter in their tax regardless (unless your directions specify that they don't pay tax). Is this consistently happening to you or did it just recently start? Do you have item numbers or dates you can provide us with, where this happened?
