I can't get the upload standard images page to come up so I can load my images. I have followed all the steps but get nowhere. HELP!
Try clearing your browser cache and page -- let us know if this does the trick. If not, please let us know the other steps you tried and let us know what happens when you try to go to the standard images page.

Sonya, I just tried to access the upload images page on another computer and I still cannot get past the Image Hosting page. Not be using the Jump to pull down either. So I don't think the problem is my computer. Does anyone else out there seem to be having the same problem? I will still try clearing my browser cache and see what happens.

Hi there,
If you're seeing an Image Hosting promotional page, this means that you do not have an active Image Hosting account. This may have happened if you did not have any active images at the time we switched to new Image Hosting pricing.
To activate Image Hosting, go to https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/pmt_plan.html and select an Image Hosting plan. That should let you upload again.

Chuck, I tried to activate the imaging hosting it keeps telling me that page cannot be found. My account says I am currently use the Basic Pay as you go plan, which is correct. But I don't see a choice for that in the list of plans I can choose from on the Promotional page. Is this not a choice anymore or do I have to pick another one with this plan? I have been using Vendio for some time now and really enjoyed the ease of using it but I'm really getting frustrated. Any more suggestions?

Hi there,
I just tested the page and it's fine from my end. Please try clicking here. This should take you to the Image Hosting plan selection page where you can select an Image Hosting plan.
These new changes went into effect on Sept 30. You can read the announcement on this.
