1. I did not receive an email on the image hosting price change. Sounds Like others did not either. I was not given the option to delete my photos.
2. I did not have any images when I originally wrote this in another thread (just added some) and yet My account show a charge of 2.66 Please explain.
3 Is this how the new system works ??Is this statement true,
****I have the pay as you go plan for salesmanager. Since my image space was low I was automatically assigned the 2.95 plan. I will have to pay this as long as i have 1 picture in my image bin.
If I use salesmanager and the .10 fee per auction and fvf add up to 3.00, then I will be given a credit of 2.95 to cover the image hosting.?????? ******

Hi Mildreds,
We had an announcement posted as well. The charges on your account are for image hosting storage. As you have received a bill, you must have had images stored on our servers that were being actively used or viewed within the past 45 to 90 days.
If your sales manager fees exceed the $2.95 that is your image hosting plan, you'll receive a credit for the image hosting plan at the end of your billing cycle.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't posted any auctions since June 21. So that leaves july,august, sept with no actitivty. So I guess I am still confused about the 2.66 charge?????
Were emails sent? IT sounds like I was not the only one who didn't get one. If I am not posting auctions, then I don't visit the site.
