I get the following message when I try to click "Item Shipped" in post sale management.

"Internal error. Could not update the SM++ quantities, please try again later"

Whats the deal?

Hello,

I see the error now -- thanks for the example. Was any post sale management for this done when you were in SMIE? I see you aren't in it right now, but you do indicate in another thread you had it turned on. Please provide as much information as possible so we can escalate this.

Hello Sonya, My shipping clerk is currently experiancing the same problem- Pretty much EVERY item in the items to ship folder are doing it
