I need help in adjusting image size when it goes to supersize in my listing. They are SO Supersized they become distorted. Is there any way to supersize them a little smaller so they are somewhat viewable?

Keep in mind that the tutorial is very general, and may not match what you see in your image editor. Your image editor should have some online documentation or manuals that will give directions on how to size and save images.
Basically, I can tell you that you want to change your pixel sizes. You should be able to do this in a multitude of ways. First off, you can crop the images or simply resize them depending on your image editing software.
