Hello,
I noticed a minor bug with the feedback received check box. When a customer makes two seperate purchases from the same eBay listing, and leaves feedback for one of them, both feedback received boxes are checked in sales manager.
For example, user: direct_north make two purchases from BIN auction number: 3762324917
He left feedback for just one of the purchases. In sales manager, both purchases show that feedback has been received.

Hi Rob,
I have logged a bug on this issue. I checked your feedback and it looks like only one feedback recorded on eBay, so the problem appears to be limited to step 9 checking off for both in Vendio post sale.
