Help! About half my WBNs are eliminating the shipping price. There is just a blank in the email where the shipping price should be. I ALWAYS insert shipping in my auctions in both the eBay shipping price area and the Vendio shipping price area. Shipping is showing on ALL my auctions in both places. However, for some reason that shipping price is not being inserted into about 1/2 my WBNs. The only pattern I can see is that it seems to be happening in my USPS shipping amounts (I ship about 1/2 my items UPS and about half of them USPS).
Any ideas? This is pretty inconvenient and necessitates a lot of manual checking and emailing.

Sorry it has taken to long to post again (have been between computers!). I have forwarded to Customer Service a copy of one of the WBN's that went out without the shipping amount.
I have also gone through every Vendio WBN's I have retained for the past month (I do not keep all of them so it's unlikely I have looked at all of them this happened to). I can't see a pattern to this at all. Some were Buy It Nows (I only use BINs at Christmas time). However, many more were regular auctions. Some were USPS shipping and some were UPS. No pattern there. Here are the numbers and the auction title (abbreviated!) of the WBN's I have retained. As I said, there are probably more, this is just all that I have saved.

Hello,
The problem with the WBN's appears to be that you have included the %%Shipping1%% placeholder in the WBN text, which stands for the cost entered on the first shipping field. For the items you mentioned, though, shipping cost was entered on the second shipping field (which would have been %%Shipping2%%).
For the default WBN to work, please enter the shipping cost on the first field; or enter both placeholders in the WBN.
