Hi! This has never happened before, and to my knowledge I haven't changed anything in my counters. But tonight a relist that just began has "N/A" in the hits column instead of the number of hits. Is there a way to get his out of there? I tried hitting "reset" but nothing changed.
Any idea what has happened? As I said, I'm not aware of messing with my counters at all! Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately you cannot change that. This happens when relists are done outside of Vendio and are imported or tracked in. Did you experience any delays when you listed your items? You can view and manage counters in the Counter section which is located through Image Hosting.

Hi, Sonya! Curiouser and curiouser. To my knowledge I relisted the item through Vendio, as I do every relist. There was no delay in relisting. Ah well. Thank you!
