The Smart counters I use don't seem to be tracking the daily hits. The total is updated, but when I just went to get the daily details for several closed auctions, they show the wrong date range and 0 for each day.

Example: #5538676401 ran 3 days from 11/25-11/28, but the daily counter shows
Count History: 11/12: 0, 11/13: 0, 11/14: 0, 11/15: 0, 11/16: 0, 11/17: 0, 11/18: 0, 11/19: 0, 11/20: 0, 11/21: 0

I have several others that show the same.

What's up???
How do I get the counters to track daily hits???

Hello,

What are your other auctions that have this problem? Please also let us know if these were scheduled auctions, relists, etc.

Auctions with this problem:
5538676401
5538675239
7116985917
7116984921
7116984080

All were scheduled, ran 3 days from 11/25 - 11/28 and were edited relists of earlier auctions that were also launched through Vendio.

I may be able to dig out the original auction numbers if that would help.

Any update on this issue?

Any suggestions for how to avoid this in the future? If I relist any of these items, will the counter still be broken? Any way to get a different counter attached but still use the listing for a relist?

Hello,

I am sorry for the delay. This happens on scheduled relists only -- I have submitted the examples you provided me to engineering and will keep you updated on the status of this bug.

Will I have the problem if I do an immediate launch of a relisted item?
