Judging from other postings, I'm hardly alone with the "intermittent" images (mine haven't been intermittent, they've been gone..all of them, since this began) or the lost business (I received close to 40 bids yesterday, since the image problem began today, I have received...2)
My question is when are the service updates posted. The waiting would be much easier if I knew there would be an update "every even hour on the hour" or something I could count on.
All I know now is that the projected "early afternoon" fix projection is long outdated, as it is getting close to 6:00 p.m. here (3:00 p.m. on the west coast.)
Is there any new news, or at least a future update scheduled?
