Sorry we missed your post!
I have checked your account and image 'C1024.jpg' appears in your list of standard images. Have you restored this image? If an image is is sent to Recycle, it will be removed from your listing, but note that it takes the system a couple of hours to update. I am not sure why your image would have gone to recycle as I do see that your preference is set to 90 days. Are you sure that someone who has access to your account did not delete the image?
If any of your items are missing images, please check your Recycle bin to see if they were inadvertently deleted. If not, please provide some example items so we can take a look.
