Is there a way I can add "calculate shipping box" to my listings? I had this service before I joined Vendio. But I don't know where this option box is. In the listings I've created here, I don't see the place where my customers can calculate their shipping costs. I have preferences marked as "calculated", but where is the BOX where customers can type in their zip code and find out how much shipping will cost them? Please Help. My listings tell them to calculate, and I would like to provide that service for them. Thanks.

Thanks for responding, but I've done this, and I guess this shipping calculator is only shown AFTER they purchase the item? Isn't there a way to show the shipping calculating box PRIOR to purchasing? Before I joined Vendio, I offer this "preview" to my customers so they could determine if they wanted to bid. I need to way to offer a "preview" of what their shipping will cost them on an item. Otherwise, I will have people emailing me to get ME to calculate it for the,... which isn't timely when they can be doing this themselves. Can you offer me more guidance? Thanks.

When you are creating a listing there is a section (Checkout and Post-sale) where you can choose the shipping (First class fixed or first class calculated and so on) What you need to do is put a checkmark next to the first choice (or more if needed) and use the drop down menu and choose a "Calculated" form of shipping. Then you need to put the weight of the item in the boxes off to the side (Pounds / Ounces) Once you do this you will have a shipping calculator there in the shipping section. Be sure to preview your auction before launching and that way you will know where it will show up. (Under all of your description and payment in its own section)

kevinatgrannys-I'm having a problem inserting shipping calculator. I've done everything you mentioned but when I preview there's no shipping calculator. What could I be doing wrong? Thank You!
In order to have the USPS shipping calculator appear in your listings, the "Display Shipping and Handling options and Custom Shipping Note in listing." must be checked under My Account -> Global Preferences -> Item Listing Options. Please note that even if your preferences were not set correctly when you created your listing and the shipping calculator is not appearing in your listing, calculated shipping options will still appear correctly for your buyers when they checkout.
