This IS getting ridiculous! My auctions closed with NO IMAGES, and the few bidders I did have STILL haven't received their WBNs - and I have NOT received my copies of them! Auctions closed over TWO HOURS AGO!
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????????? I pay you to host my images, I pay you to send out my WBNs, and you can't do either! I am tired of paying for such substandard service, especially during an extremely crucial selling period!

I just reviewed your account, and it appears your WBNs have been sent. It's possible the same network delays that affected images earlier also delayed WBNs. Please let us know if you have not received your e-mail copies.
All systems appear to be operating normally at this time.

My auctions ended between 10:00 and 10:30 EST.
The first WBN finally came in at 12:04 AM EST. The next one, 12:07, then one @ 12:17 AM. The next one didn't come until 1:59 AM; and then it took from 2:21 AM until 5:39 AM for 35 more to come.
The same thing happened last week when my auctions ended, so this isn't a rare occurrence. Quite the opposite, actually. I will be happy to provide you with the times from last week if you would like.
Vendio, you charge for professional services, and I expect to receive them. This is a direct reflection on us as sellers, and I find it extremely frustrating that you can't get your act together. I recall the "good ole days" when it was Auction Watch and there were NO problems with image hosting, WBNs were sent almost immediately when auctions ended, and it was done consistently at a much fairer price.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the service.

Why is there still a problem with WBNs going out? This is an ONGOING problem that needs to be addressed and corrected.
It is extremely frustrating to get emails from buyers wanting payment information, etc. because they have NOT gotten the WBN yet.
If I wanted to send the WBN myself, I wouldn't pay Vendio to do it for me!

Christopher,
Repeatedly, buyers have been emailing me asking for information after auction ends or store sale is made. I log into Vendio, click on "closed" and the "1" is shaded. But no WBNs have been received by either my customer or myself.
The particular one I referenced today ended at 3:10 EST. Just before I posted at 4:48 EST , I checked my "closed" and the "1" was shaded. I clicked on it to re-send the WBN since neither of us had received it. The first WBN came through at 5:59 EST, and the second (when I clicked to re-send it) came through at 6:27 EST.
I had another sale at 6:01, and the buyer just emailed me - neither of us have received WBNs on this transaction.
THIS is what I am referencing. It has been an ongoing issue for the past two weeks, and is a major inconvenience. These are NOT two isolated incidents.

On the sale I referenced above which ended at 6:01 EST, the WBN just came through at 7:32 EST (I did not click to send this one again). I checked the "closed" when this item ended, and the "1" was highlighted as well.
The latency of the WBNs is my issue here. I can remember when they used to go much, much quicker. It defeats the purpose of having automatic WBNs if I have to send myself. This is a feature that is supposed to save a seller time, and I just don't see that lately.

We should test this further with your specific account, as I had the system send two WBN's to two different email accounts outside of Vendio and one arrived within the same exact minute and the other was 5 minutes later, which can vary depending on ISP's.
May we have permission to restore an item from your archives in order to test this further in your own account? You will receive the CC on this test.

Not a problem at all - can you do one that ended either today or yesterday though? I would rather not tick any buyers off who have already paid
I talked to two friends of mine who also use Vendio, and they are experiencing the same latency issues I am on the WBNs - one is on the west coast and one is in NY; and neither use the same ISP as I do. Additionally, I have no problem at all receiving email from anyone else, so doubt very seriously it has anything to do with my ISP.
Lastly, I had checked the "Email Notification" box below when I started this thread...
My first post today was made at 4:48 EST; I received the email notification at 6:36 EST.
Your first reply today was made at 5:08 EST; I received the notification at 6:40 EST.
My second post today was made at 7:01 EST; received notification at 7:54 EST.
My third post today was made at 7:36 EST; received notification at 8:24 EST.
Your last reply today was made at 8:21 EST; I received notification at 8:56 EST (delivery picking up a little bit).
I have copies of all notifications if you would like to see them to verify the times they have arrived. Additionally, I have copies of all the WBNs back to December 01 if you would like to see the times on those as well.

Hi Christopher - just received the test email at 10:32 EST.
And by the way, the email notification for the post directly before this one (posted at 9:12 EST) arrived at 9:59 EST...
AND your second test email just came in at 10:34 EST.

1 email sent at 6:30 PT/10:30 ET, arrived to the sending at the exact same time and yourself at 6:32 PT/10:32 ET.
One thing I noted in my own test was that while once downloaded, it shows as being received at my email server at the exact same time as it was sent, (and while I didn't check every minute until it was available) it didn't download until a short time later.

By the way, I don't know if this is relevant or not, but on all the emails I receive from Vendio (WBNs, email notifications, the test emails) the time is one hour (give or take a few minutes) behind my time.
Example -
on the first test email, you noted: This is a test. Sent 6:30 Pacific time, Sat 12/11. The actual time on the email is 9:30, which is correct east coast time since I am three hours ahead of you. The time it arrived in my inbox is 10:32.

We must have been posting at the same time.
There is obviously a lag somewhere. When I was posting the post before this, I checked other emails I have received today, and they are all correct - no lag at all - and were from CA, WA, NY, KY, and Canada.

Whoops, sorry about that. I guess its even a little stranger that the copy I received after changing the buyer email address in these two auctions to my own, that I would receive the messages almost instantly and that your carbon copy wouldn't download into your own inbox until almost exactly one hour later.

Christopher - that is strange. I wouldn't complain nearly as much if my buyers weren't emailing me wanting to know the end of auction info. I was just on the phone with a friend from KY, and asked her to email me a test while we were talking - and it came right through.

And I haven't received any more email notifications on this thread since the last one I posted a few back (sorry didn't include that in my previous post - I am multi-tasking here )

We have done some investigation, and apparently there was a network problem on Saturday that may have caused some latency in the mail system. The issue is in process of recovering now, but there may be some lingering slowness for the next couple of hours. Thank you for your patience!

This is the third week I've been sending WBN's manually. This is unacceptable. Also, NO auto-relisting, once again. WHAT IS GOING ON?
