i'm writing on behalf of a friend of mine that uses vendio for her listings, and she was affected by the no-image glitch along with others yesterday .... she is writing to me this morning saying she is having the same problem, right now. ... she sees no images on her auctions (but I do see them), and she is getting emails from some potential bidders that they cant' see any photos on her listings....
... also, as before, she cannot even log into vendio.
please help her... she uses nls.net as her server i think.
It sounds like your friend might be affected by this. If not, please email us and let us know your friend's contact information so that we can email her.

as well as vendio has to work alongside with providers, this is still upsetting for my friend ...
i am bumping that post up for her this morning ... she is locked out of vendio loading on her computer at all, so she cannot get into this forum to ask for help. over the past day or day and a half, she has gotten vendio to be "up" yesterday, for only 1/2 hour. .... this morning, she is locked out again, and she and some of her buyers can see no images on her listings. (i can see them, she cannot... she also cannot see MY photos, but i can see them) ... she is member ID 'cragonlsnt' ...
she is just going to be doing listings right on ebay for now, but she is very upset.
Did you email us your friend's contact information? We understand that she's upset and that you are contacting us on her behalf, but we can't really do anything at this point if we can't contact her. Please email us her contact information, or tell us her correct Vendio ID as we can get her contact information with the right ID.
I am the friend that she was trying to help. cragonlsnet is the correct ID. I am for the first time in 2 days able to now log into vendio. It has been very frustrating as I could not check the boards for info,nor contact you as to my dilemma. Do you have any new news on the problem?? I was not able to view any photos on any auctions that are hosted through vendio,including my own. I could not log on for any help. This started on Friday and until 1/2 hour ago I was completely locked out of vendio.
