After about100 attempts to synchronize auctions and getting a 'failed' every time I finally learned the problem's not me! Vendio never informed me I HAD to 'sign up' for image hosting. So I tried to register only to get a message saying my 'user name is already in existence'. Of course it is Vendio!!!!!!! You tell me to sign up and then tell me I can't. Get this mess straightened out. This is ridiculous. Can anybody help?
I'm ready to kiss Vendio goodbye!
To sign up for image hosting, you can use your existing account and go to My Account > My Service Plans after you are logged in. From there you can choose the image hosting plan you wish to use. Once you are done with that you can resume your synchronize in Pro. If you have any problems getting signed up, please let us know.

I have done exactly what you said to do in your response. The only thing I am seeing is that I am on the PAY AS YOU GO plan. It gives me no option whatsoever to pick any kind of an image hosting plan. If you are telling me my cheapest choice is $12.95 a month you can forget it! If this is not resolved very quickly I will be cancelling my account.

This is an addition to my post above. After spending much time reading the rest of this thread (time, by the way, that I don't have to spend) I found a post towards the bottom that states "our $2.95 plan". Maybe somebody else's screen shows a $2.95 plan but not mine!!! the only thing I'm getting starts at $12.95 and soars upward. I really would like to know where there is a $2.95 plan AND SEE IT SPELLED OUT IN PLAIN ENGLISH NOT VENDIO PIG LATIN.
If you scrolled down a little further on that page you would have seen a link to go to the image hosting plan page. Here is the direct link for your convenience:

thank you for the response.
Well it's either feast or famine! I finally got things to synchronize last night and was able to list 6 auctions before everything went berserk! When I uploaded, MY 6 AUCTIONS BECAME 15 AUCTIONS, with multiple repeats. Since I was only putting one of each item up for auction, I had to cancel NINE auctions.
I succeeded with that on Vendio but this morning they were still appearing on Ebay and I had to spend over an hour successfully ending them there. Now I'll have to fight for refunds for an error not of my doing.
If I cancelled them on Vendio and you (vendio)are supposed to be my auction service why do I have to do all the cancelling on ebay? Also, you indicate 'lookers' where ebay shows '0'. WHY??
I sincerely hope Vendio quits 'trying to improve' and just lets us continue as we were. Then it was fun -- now it's a headache.
When a listing is live on eBay it has to be cancelled on eBay. Deleting it from Vendio just removes it from active listings so you can't see it in your control panel anymore.
Also, you indicate 'lookers' where ebay shows '0'. WHY?? I'm not sure what you are referring to by lookers. Can you be more specific?
