None of my WBN's are being sent out. I have tried to send them manually, but that doesn't work either. Now someone just tried to pay with their credit card and that didn't work.
I am having a busy day and don't know what to do. Please help.

WBN are still not going out and I can no longer send them manually. Please check auction # 7119655423 and # 6135498834.
I have gotten this error message twice: A fatal error has occurred while processing your request:
SMTP error: 450 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found
Also payments from PayPal are not being recorded. I'm having to enter them.

The error you are getting regarding sender address being rejected is related to your domain you are using for emails. Please check with your domain host to make sure everything is okay on that end.
Regarding PayPal payments, we just opened a bug on this issue. I will add you to the bug.
What type of complaints are you getting from customers who say they can't use your checkout?
