I get this message when I attempt to start the UPI process.. "Error: Could not Start Dispute. This may be a temporary problem. Please try again later.[ Could not handle your request, please try again later"

As the error indicates, the system may be busy at this time or may be having trouble connecting with eBay's database. We would recommend that you try again a little later. If this does not clear up by tomorrow, please let us know.
