not getting any emails from the mailstep system. is it down? no wbn sent and no payment confirmation from paypal to mailstep. please advise
I've also been experiencing problems with mailstep. For the most part, e-mail messages have come through after 12+ hours, but post-sale features are still not working. WBN's are not being sent and I can't send them manually either. The page just hangs. I assumed this had something to do with the ISP problems, but now that it's listed as resolved, I wonder? Any help would be appreciated.
