I have some items that I needed to track. When I tried to import them into Vendio, it isn't working correctly. Instead of showing the Ebay item number, it shows the number 15. I can't combine them with another sold item either.

Hi Diane,
I checked all your active items and I don't see any items with the number 15 as the eBay item number. Did you delete them? If you did, please track them back in and if the number 15 shows, let us know so we can take a look.

I didn't delete them and I have no idea where they went. I tried to re-track them and it won't let me do it.
I tried a reimport, but it doesn't look like they have come in yet. If they don't within a couple of hours, please let us know the item numbers of those missing items. It looks like there are six, based on your seller list.
