Can someone please help me and tell me what I am doing wrong?
I have created several ads using templates and when previewing the ads they are WAY too big. This happens with the E-Bay preview too. I have been working at this all day and can't figure out what is wrong. I sent e-mails to Vendio for help but no response.
Can someone, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, help me.
THANK YOU!!!!!!

I'm new here, but I did have this problem when I started. It was because when I was making a template of my listing, I had my images where they were across the top and down the sides. When I did this, the pade had to make room for the images... so things had to be stratched way too large across the page. So when I changed my images to just go DOWN the middle of the page, it all worked out great. Things are normally sized now. Check to see how your images are set up. If you did what I first did, then change your images to go DOWN the page like a column. Hope that helps. Like I said.. I'm new here.
'Melsmbb' is right, if you are referring to your flamingo slipper auction. When you use an image layout that puts 3 images accross, if your monitor resolution is 800 x 600, you are going to have to scroll to see the whole auction. I have a smaller screen resolution so I do not have to scroll. If you do not like the way that looks, we suggest you edit your template and change the image layout to one that doesn't put 3 accross.
