For the last week we've been getting about 10 e-mails a day from customers complaining that the vendio checkout does not recogize their e-mail address and as a result are not able to complete transactions. It's gotten so bad that we are now getting negative feedback because people think the vendio checkout is becoming more work then it's worth.
When that happens, it is likely due to the auctions not having moved from active to closed. You can select all active items and click on 'refresh' to refresh your control panel.
You may want to check and see if you are getting your eBay end of auction notices in a timely manner, as we rely on those to help detect that an item has closed.

Sonya,
That is not the problem. They are all in closed and WBN have been sent. After using vendio for 3 years we've never had this problem, until we switched to Inventory Edition. Now, we are getting negative feedback. Please figure out why this is happneing and fix it. I don't particlaly like getting 15 e-mails a day from customers complaining about how the Vendio Checkout is not working correct.

I also have had problems with emails in the past week or so. When I send out the WBN I do not get the copy emailed to me so I do not know if the customer received it or not. When I do not received A copy of the WBN I have to assume that the customer did not receive and have been sending an Ebay invoice as well. VERY time consuming.

Hello,
Please check your settings for your ISP -- AOL tends to block the WBN more than other ISPs. It might have been sent to you but redirected to a bulk mail folder. You do have a recent response to your WBN so it appears to be working.

Sonya: It seems odd that today I received all of the missing WBN from this past weekend. 4 days after sending in some cases. I certainly hope that my customers did not receive them today as well!!!! Vendio really needs to understand what is going on with this as looking at other posts in a variety of areas this is a real problem!! You cannot just respond that it is an AOL problem Auction Watch 15 to 16 dollars a month was always perfect. Vendio at nearly 40.00 a month is more than twice the price much more of a hassle!!!

Hello,
I do understand that it is a problem -- my intention was not to just pass off the blame on another service. Past experiences with customers who use AOL as their ISP have yielded such problems, which is why we suggest to check and see if the WBNs are indeed coming through to you yet being delayed. Since you did get them all, we know they are coming to you but the question of where the delay exactly is still remains.
Have you been having this problem since? Please also note that we have heard that eBay may be experiencing some delays with the End of Auction notifications, which is another typical cause of late/delayed WBNs.
