Ok, I'm having real issues with the WBN's. This has been a problem for several weeks, but I've been so busy that I haven't had time to post anything. The copies to me are coming from 24 to 48 hours later!!! I would imagine that it must be that erratic to my customers as well. Also, today I have been getting multiple copies of WBN's - and I don't mean the ones that have lagged, but they appear to be repeating on their own. I have gotten 2 to 3 copies of auctions that have ended 2 and 3 days ago. And these were not auctions I had re-sent as reminders. In fact, I believe many of them have paid immediately after the auction. I am concerned that my customers are going to be quite irritated at receiving multiple alerts when they've already paid. Please look into this problem. Generally, the copies of the WBN's have been getting to me within 30 minutes of the end of auction. They look to be launching off within that time still, but the copies are getting to me 24 to 48 hours later. For example, the auctions that ended last night, I was getting the copies from the night before, exactly 24 hours later. The fact that I used to get them in a timely manner in the past makes me believe I should be able to get them now. And I very much fear that if I'm getting my copies 24 to 48 hours later, then my customers are getting them in the same timeframe. I believe this is an urgent issue that should be addressed immediately.

Hello,
Please provide us with some item numbers of the WBNs that have been sent to you 2 or 3 times already so we can check them out. Regarding the delay with your copies, I've seen this with another AOL customer so I suspect it might be related to your ISPs servers and our servers. I'm going to need to look into this a little further.

Sonya: I can't wade through all the emails I've been sent, but I did see one that showed up today that ended on Friday, and that's item #2293554099 Some of the duplicates might be reminders that are just lagging. As far as condeming AOL - I've always had AOL - nothing's changed - and it was working before, so please do not use that as an excuse. An auction would end, and the WBN would go out, and I'd receive a copy within a half hour. I got a whole bunch today that were from the 17th and the 19th. That should not be happening. Yes, please look into this further.

Sonya: This is exactly the same problem that I am having and I see you responded to this person also with the AOL thing. This is a REAL problem that needs to be corrected!! In your last email to me your suggested that it might be the end of auction notice from Ebay not being received by Vendio, but I do not feel this is the issue.

Hello,
Toyspast -- I looked up #2293554099 and only steps 1 and 2 were completed. What are you getting with this item, more copies of the WBN? Payment Reminders?
Regarding the issues with slowness of WBNs, it appears that AOL is delaying notices coming from Vendio, as communications with other ISPs are not affected. Please contact AOL and ask them about this delay. If they place the blame on us, please forward us a copy of what they say to [email protected].
