This happened a long time ago and it's happening again. It becomes a problem when the window showing additional items for sale pops up on top, it will displace the yellow-highlighted check-out area. Sometimes it will be on top of the buyer's name so I can't see it. Most of the time it's just a bit below the buyer name. But in either place, it's annoying to me. And I don't know if this is how the buyer sees it also - it's just looks wrong. Please correct this situation.

Choose ANY of them!! Any of them that have the "See more items" at the top after the auction ends. All of them are obtructed in one spot or the other. I tried refreshing, and it does not help.

Hi there,
We do recognize that there is a problem withg the placement of the yellow checkout banner, which is related to eBay's implementation of cross-promotion panel on closed items. We are currently evaluating how to reposition the banner or eliminate it until we can find a way to work with this eBay change.
Thank you for your patience while we look into this.

Hello
This has been a problem way before the eBay promotions came into being.
Sonya, I believe you and Diana were the ones who repeatedly told me you couldn't duplicate the problem.
It still exists. I look at the programing that vendio inserts some time ago and that is where the problem is.
I stopped commenting on it because even after providing screen shots, CS didn't seem to believe me or where unable to fix the problem.
Should you choose to discontinue the banner, please make an announcement about it. All of my auctions direct customers to click on the yellow banner checkout button.
Better yet, it would be wonderful if anytime preferences were changed they took effect in ALL items. Currently you can change your preferences but you have to go into each item that is already in inventory to change what was in your preferences before. Very time consuming. I am referring to the Shipping Instructions section. That is where I put checkout information.
I don't seem to be able to figure out where to set up eBay's redirect? So that eBay checkout redirects to Vendio checkout. (I read about that in a post) Can anyone help?

Hi Paula,
Any changes made would be announced so if the banner is to be removed you would know about it. Regarding Checkout Redirect, there is a checkbox you can check to turn it on. You can find it in My Account > Post Sale Management. Let me know if you have any trouble locating it.
