Hello
For some reason, I am not getting thumbnails in my inventory any more. I now have little icons of cameras.
When will the thumbnails return? It increases my time in inventory by hours when I can't see what I am looking for.
In inventory, you should see that the images column is called "Images On". If you click on the "on" link, the thumbnails will appear instead of the camera icons.

Thank you for responding.
That is part of the problem, the Images On is On...
I have deleted cookies, files & refreshed repeatedly. I have even rebooted a few times.
I wanted to launch a couple of auctions today but haven't because it is so time consuming It simply isn't happening.
Any help would be appreciated.

You have to click the 'on' in order to turn on the thumbnails. I have done this for you so if you check your inventory now, you should see the thumbnails. I apologize for not being more clear.

Thank you for your response... Now I am really confused!
According to what it said next to images, it was already turned on. I even turned it on and off and on again with no change. I just looked in my inventory folders swimwear and evening and there are still little cameras and no photos. Is it or could it my browser?
Please help, as this is driving me crazy!

This is so odd. I went into my inventory and looked where Sonya said she turned on my images... they have always been on before and I turned them off and on several times yesterday.
With them on, I couldn't see any images, just the camera icon, still. So I turned them off and the thumbnails came back.
My question now is:
Am I loosing my mind or is there a bug somewhere?
Someone let me know if I am crazy, please...

Did you make your security/cookie settings more strict? It usually remembers that you set it to show thumbnails so I'm not sure why it keeps reverting back to cameras. Try doing the usual clearing of the cache and cookies, then going back in and turning on the thumbnails. Then log out and log back in.
Right now as I view your inventory, I see the thumbnails.

Hi,
I have always had to have the Images on "off" to view my thumbnails in Inventory.
If I change it to "on" the images are replaced by the camera icon. I always thought it was screwy, but thought it was the way Vendio set it up. It has been this way since I can remember. Weird?

As I mentioned earlier, I cleared caches, files etc. but I did them again just in case. If the images are turned off, I see thumbnails.
The interesting thing is that this hasn't been a problem until the other day when it changed. I didn't change anything. I was just working as usual when this all started.
At least I know I'm not crazy gottaluve confirmed that they have the same problem.
These little things are what drive us crazy because of the time and effort involved in trying to figure out how to fix something that wasn't broken before there was a hiccup in "lala" land i.e. between my computer and your servers... if feels like another one of those intermittent bugs like the gold banner in the wrong place.

No problem. I appreciate you starting this thread, as I never bothered to find out why this was happening. I thought it was just me, and didn't take the time to address it. Staying tuned to see if there is an answer to this. Thanks.
gottaluve confirmed that they have the same problem.
