Today is 10 cent list day at ebay - I have a bunch I want to put up. I list the same items over and over. So, here is my question. I have items that are eligible for relist. However, the 10 cent list is only available on new items. How can I be sure when I list something from my inventory it is not going to grab one of my relists? I want them to eligible for the 10 cents. I know at other auction listing services - you can turn off the "grab a relist" - can I do that here?

I really need to get stuff listed - and if it is going to pickup the relists instead of new items - it will cost me hundreds of $ - please respond!!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay -- in the future you should also send in an email, to ensure you get your response quickly.

Since you use Inventory Edition you should copy the items you want to list and launch the copies. You can try this for one item first. Then, check your eBay account to make sure that it did list as a new item and then you can continue with the rest.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Sonya

Every time I question something with the inventory edition - I am told to make a copy of it and launch the copy. That is defeating the purpose of the system!! It is supposed to save me time - not make more work -

I am getting more upset with the billing issues and the launching issues and the copy issues - etc..........

Seems we are getting what we pay for anymore!!

Hello,

Sorry if it feels like you are needing to make too many copies, but if you want to ensure that your ads behave in several different ways, the only way to do it right now is to have several different items set up in different ways.
In a reply to your other post I was able to make a suggestion that should save you some money on your bill.
Also, It should be fairly easy to select your items and make copies and keep them in seperate folders. I do see that you have a lot of items and do already use folders.

Let me know if there are any other questions you have.

Best,
Abe
