Hi, Does anyone know how to handle 2nd chance offers directly from Vendio so that Vendio knows about them and will work it's automated magic on them? I do a lot of 2nd Chance offers, and the only way I can figure out how to handle them with Vendio is to actually make the offer from eBay and then import all my active auctions to Vendio. Unfortunately, this then requires me to manually send out WBN's, and the shipping charges have to be manually added to Vendio before mailing the WBN out. This works fine for those 2nd chance offers that do not require invoice combining, although sometimes the buyer wants to pay immediately and gets held up in Vendio because there is no shipping information. Unfortunately, when combined auctions are involved, the shipping designation becomes more difficult and error prone because of the options Vendio allows when combining invoices. If I select "use individual shipping charges" to take advantage of the shipping discounts I offer for multiple purchases, the 2nd chance items go through with FREE shipping because there are no shipping charges associated with the auction.
If there is an easier way to handle 2nd chance offers using Vendio I would love to know how to do it. Anyone?

Hi Paula,
Unfortunately Vendio does not provide services for 2nd chance offers. However, the workaround you mentioned works! If you want to automate WBN, shipping and even item combining, you will have to provide this information while the listing is active. The full workaround should be: launch the 2nd chance offer through eBay, import the active listing in Vendio control panel. Then, while the listing is still active (!), go to active section (from left nav), select the listing and hot the WBN button. In the next screen, edit the WBN (together with shipping information), and hit save.

Thank you for your reply. It seems that the step I was missing to help with automation was activating the WBN right after posting and then importing the 2nd chance offer. I'll try that next time I make a 2nd chance offer to see if it helps.
