Hi all. I have asked this before, and there was a thread that dribbled off without really addressing the problem (which several of us were having.) The problem is the absence of the small upper lefthand picture in all my listings. I have my preferences set correctly, but there is just no picture there -- at least not on this computer. When I look on another computer in my home LAN, the photos are there. Today, a would-be customer was unable to see any of my pictures. Arghh. So I checked with a friend, and the larger pictures were with the description, but the small top pictures were not. Does anyone have a clue why this happens? Is it a popup protector of some sort on this and some other computers? Sure would like some thoughts on this. Happy new year. Marshall

Hello,
I checked your account and was able to see the picture in the upper left corner. This image can sometimes take a little longer to load up properly since it draws from the bigger one within the listing so if your image is really big, you might have to wait a little longer. Do you have an example you can provide us with?
