I currently am on the $29.99 plan which says I can open a Bronze store for no charge or be credited $4.95 a month towards a higher level store. When I choose a Bronze store, it says it will cost me $4.95 a month. Please explain. If you're going to tell me that it will be credited back to my account, that is a very confusing way to do business.

Another question: I was looking at some other seller's stores, and I noticed when I went into the Vendio Gallery and typed in "James Bond" things with "James" in the title popped up - not just "James Bond". Are you going to fix this? You should have it the same way as eBay has it, and have the option to search title and description or just the title and have at least 2 keywords for them to input. Please let me know if there are plans to tweek this function. I believe it is very important and may be a consideration in opening a store.
There is no specific place to say that you have the plan that comes with the bronze store, so when you select the bronze storefront showing the cost, you are simply not charged for it as you automatically get the $4.95 credit (as you would on the higher plans)
The Vendio stores use Boolean operators to perform a search. Click the little question mark icon next to the search field, or click here to read on how to perform this search function using this system.

Christopher: I see no question mark next to the seller's search, and I don't think anyone would click on it if it was there. I looked at the instructions and it says the customers could search for "Star Wars" by putting "Star and Wars" into the search window. Who is going to do that?? Most people feel they are smart enough to know how to type in what they want and will not stop and click on a questin mark (that isn't even there). I think Vendio should clean this up, and allow the person searching to use a 2-word key search at the very least. Please pass this on to the technicians for consideration.

We have been complaining about the search function in the store for years. You can't search a 3-letter word and the problem you just brought up. Hopefully more folks will request some store upgrades but it is the squeaky wheel around here.
