Hi, The only way I can get Buy It Now Immediate Payment Required work is through revising my auctions on Ebay.While listing through Vendio it says Error 836, Ineligible Paypal account. But, I have a well established US Premier Business account on Paypal.I have double checked my profile under selling preferences on Paypal and pasted in AGAIN the required information a slisted on Vendio.Made sure that Instant Payment Notification was turned on. My Vendio Post Sale Manager does show when an auction has been paid so it is communicating with my Paypal account.thanks, diane

Hi Diane,
The problem is that you have the wrong option selected in Global Preferences for PayPal. Please go to My Account > Global Preferences to where you have your PayPal email stored and choose this option:
"Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo in my listing (Required when using PayPal Immediate Payment, Buyer Financing Options or eBay Checkout Redirect)"
Make sure you save your changes. Then when you do a new listing, you'll be able to successfully apply Immediate Payment as an option.
